Gym training special

For those of you who have an iPad, climbing magazine have released a gym training special (free) issue! There and three workouts focusing on endurance/recovery, strength/power and technique by volume. Best part is all you have to do is climb!

    • I believe they only have an iPad app and I couldn’t see anything on their website unfortunately. I could be wrong though! Worth having a look yourself 🙂
